A prefab for VRChat avatar SDK3.0 of a mic and stand, you can spawn it into the world, the stand has a blend shape to make it easier to add it to any avatar also has 3 toggles spawn mic/stand-in hand/mic in hand you will need to do a little setup but it mostly drag and drop.
